#Repost @iamkristindavis ・・・ Today Cop17 ending and failed to give #elephants full protection under Appendix I. Apparently the US and the EU voted against full protection. I am deeply disheartened. This will allow more illegal ivory to to be sold and more baby elephants to be kidnapped and sold internationally to zoos etc. very sad that we have leaders who are contributing to the extinction of such a magnificent keystone species. 😭 #cop17 #cop17cites #cites #dswt @dswt
