La Belle Ferronnière - After Leonardo DaVinci. Just started reading the new #walterisaacson book about DaVinci- an ABSOLUTELY fascinating read - a definite must for any artist , and quite honestly, anyone . And faithful to my constant urges to copy the masters as a matter of mental workout, I did this, but added a slight twist of my own : she now looks exactly like someone I remember from my early childhood... I believe if she would see this she would wholeheartedly agree and get somewhat annoyed (😇😂) ... anyway , I said it before and I will say it again , copying the masters is bliss... and the best learning process ever.
