🌁: what’s your idea of horribleness?
Heterosexuality.
Joking. Joking. But really. Hypocrisy. Which means everyone is horrible to one degree or another, except for a select few. Cling onto them if you can, horrible as you yourself might be.

🍻 + “what drives you forward, through everything?”
(Also asked by @capitaineconor )
People. People are fascinating and frustrating and beautiful. You never know what they’re going to do. Often something stupid, but that’s the fun of it, right? There’s always more people.
[Pause]
Even when some of them leave you behind.
🍻 + “tell me about your first kiss?”
(also asked by @capitaineconor)
It was the night the Axe-man prowled in search of music. (“One thing is certain and that is that some of your people who do not jazz it out on that specific Tuesday night (if there be any) will get the axe.” What strange devil was this?) I was old for a first kiss. Too old, some of the girls at the Hall would say. But I’m glad I waited. Or, rather, I’m glad that no one tried before.
Their umber skin glowed in the moonlight and it felt dangerous to be so far away from the jazz. I said I was scared (the last time I’ve ever said it), and they made me forget, for a moment, that I was frightened and cold. They told me different was beautiful, and in that instant I learned to believe them.
They asked if I would kiss them. I’ll always appreciate that. The asking. Not for permission but for action. Would you give me the absolute joy, Miss Picou, of bringing your lips to mine?
We’re still friends now, but nothing more. After that, there’s really nowhere to go but down.
⛲️: what’s your ideal dream date?
Food at home. Jazz outside. Snowballs. No one knows. Nothing changes. And we’re alright.
🍻 “have you ever considered running away from it all?”
Send a 🍻+ a question for a tipsy (honest) answer - ACCEPTING
"In the past? Sure, absolutely. About twenty years ago, especially. The bloom sort of went off the - the upper-class rose, so to speak. After a few years, I thought about running away plenty of nights.”
She gave a chuckle and a tiny smile crept onto her face. “What did you think all the nightclubs were for? I didn’t mean for that to become. . .a habit.”
“Now, though, I’m not sure there’s much need for running away. Too many places to explore, even here. A little depravity isn’t so bad, it turns out.”
🍻 “is everything alright?”

She lets out a slightly shaky, nervous chuckle at the question. “Why, of course! Everything’s fine! Why would you think otherwise?”
“Just because I’m veeery much enjoying this whiskey, doesn’t mean anything is wrong, dear.”
🎀- Does your muse like to accessorize? What are their favorite pieces of accessories?
Yes. So, so much. Being the excessive individual that she is, Viv loves jewelry, especially if it involves precious stones or pearls. It isn’t at all unusual to see her arrive at a party decked in gloves, diamond bracelets and a headpiece . . .with a fur stole to top the ensemble off.
She’s wasted many an hour in Paris’s jewelry shops, even before she could afford any of their wares. Now that she can, well. . .who says you can ever have too much of a good thing?
