In response to your recent post asking how Captain Planet keeps his crop top on: I posit that it's body paint. There's nothing to keep on because it's actually his own skin. The only thing he's wearing is a speedo and boots. The gloves are body paint too. Hope you've been well!
That’s a great theory, I think it’s glued directly on his skin just to hide the nipples and prevent his shoulders from getting sunburned
"Hey Cecil! I'm still running a little hot from Solstice celebrations... Do you think I could come over to your place and take an ice bath, or something? I don't trust myself to do it alone, I might doze off or something. Would that be okay? Please?"
Cecil gasped quietly to himself, hating to hear of his Kevin not feeling well. “Of course, my darling! Do you need me to come get you? I can come get you; you shouldn’t drive. Don’t argue, I’m halfway to the car.” He grabbed his keys and started out of his apartment, phone tucked into the crook between his neck and his shoulder.

“That’s fair,” Kevin replied, tilting his head up just enough to ease away from the knife at his throat. “I’m not sure sacrificing your… Your double is any way to reach progress, though. Quite the opposite.”
Kevin: “How about a cup of Strexcorp coffee?”

The shivering, prone form of the scientist flinched when hands touched him. He was cold and terrified. StrexCorp had taken control of the lab, and Carlos as well as his team had been captured and locked up. His glasses had cracked at some point during a scuffle with one of the office workers. A trickle of dried blood stained his forehead and matted into the curls atop his head.
“N-no, please, I don’t--” Carlos rasped, lifting his dazed stare up to the Voice of Desert Bluffs. For a moment, he mistook Kevin for Cecil, and a small bubble of hope and love, but it quickly popped when realization dawned on Carlos that it was in fact not his boyfriend. “Kevin...?”

I was going to go with honeysuckle, but you inspired me to get the roses. Not the deep red, super-fragrant ones in the rose garden, but some of the sweet little pink ones around the kitchen garden. They’re simmering into a syrup right now.
In the next few days I will make the cupcakes and frost them. I will bring some downstairs. I may bring some to my roommate’s family, depending on when we do laundry. I will bring at least one to @lula-june this weekend. I will try to remember to post pictures. Eventually they will come up in my queue, whenever my outdoor and zoo adventures are finished.
It will be fantastic.
