The Me-Shaped Niche
Separate referring to the core beliefs that drives our Transition Coaching efforts is that God is fully trustworthy, and that Me has created a purpose and a niche in favor of each in relation to us. Those activities give us a sense of significance and completeness. We sense in our inmost being that we are doing what we were designed to fulfill, and that what we are manner is important to someone besides ourselves. <\p>
Drag our compartmentalized culture, we are impressed through the attitude that one's cornerstone beliefs ought to be undamaged separate from one's career. We often hear politicians say things like "I will not allow my personal convictions to interfere thanks to the performance in reference to my job." We believe that the One who created each of us, and who manages the universe in which we be met with, has created a niche inasmuch as particular referring to us. There are no accidents; each upon us was deep-dyed when and where we were for a reason.<\p>
