#CoriolisRPG: The Prosperous Cheetah crew and the Ghazali survivors face off with a nekatra pack at the Ghazali's hangar bay. Omar's negotiations with the pack alpha of the escaped Legion slave warriors fails when a random panicked survivor shoots a nekatra skulking in the shadows to the side. Thus begins a rumble, so to speak whereby Omar is clawed by a nekatra nearby. The pack alpha also attacks Omar. Naazumeh engages the alpha's second. . Kariim, from the far side of the Cheetah, shoots his weapon from afar, turning the one attacking Omar into a puff of red cloud, splattering onto Naazumeh. I rush down the ramp, my Vulcan pistol spitting slugs. My bullets eviscerates the one grappling with Naazumeh, blowing a hole through its midsection. I do not want this. . Upon seeing their alpha die, the nekatra retreat into the shadows & we all withdraw into our ships. Naazumeh fixes bay doors and the Cheetah & the Fatima's Bounty launch into space. As we burn away from the Hamura sun, the Ghazali reactor melts down. The ship vapourised. I wish we could have saved some of the nekatra. We burn toward Hammurabi Station on the far side of the system while Dr. Ramas help treat our most pressing wounds en route. . Upon arrival at Hammurabi Station, we brief the Station Akbar of the Tragedy of Ghazali the Wise. Later, we learn we are summoned to Kua. We take with us a dozen most badly injured Ghazali survivors with us to be treated there on Coriolis station. . We bring the Ghazali's emerald disk (which we took from the shattered bridge of the ship) to the investigators as a media frenzy swamps us. I keep away from the lights. In her natural habitat, Naazumeh has the Coriolis media eating out of her hands almost immediately. We request that the investigators give us a copy of the emerald disk's analysis when they have completed it. Then we wait. . #CoriolisRPG on Discord and Foundry VTT. GMed by Ivan. I gain one permanent radiation damage aboard the dying ship Ghazali. Kariim gets two. So Ramshad rigs an anti-radiation suit for Kariim, heavy shielding upon his junk. We lead the survivors' column to the Cheetah. Omar has point. Kariim brings up rear. There are signs of blood splatter and drag trails en route. We hope not to come across a nekatra, as Sulayman the AI identified for us earlier.

We arrive at the hangar bay safely. Another ship, the Fatima's Bounty is berthed near the Prosperous Cheetah. The Hamura star radiation has cooked the bay's electronics. Everything is dark. The bay doors are stuck close. I run into the Cheetah and found that breakers have tripped. We need to restore power.

We perform an Extended task to revive the ship. Omar commands the team, Ramshad powers up the ship in half the time, Naazumeh reboots the computer, I run preflight check on the Cheetah... then a survivor gets attacked by a nekatra in the shadows.

I turn on the floodlights & we see a single nekatra, the female pack leader. Naazumeh notes from their language that they are from Uharu & fitted with Legion collars. They are Legion-enhanced slave cannon fodder nekatra! Omar negotiates with the pack leader who insists we take them back to Uharu. We just want to get off the Ghazali before Hamura sun fries her. Should we help? Shouldn't we? STANDOFF!

#CoriolisRPG: A battle with a pair of vacuum-breathing mudzahjar lovebirds on the top hull of the starship Ghazali ends up with two dead mudzahjars. But I shoot into space uselessly. After reaching the other airlock, Naazumeh & I locate survivors trapped in the ship's isolated chapel. . We brought 4 extra exo shells. It took 4 trips to bring the survivors to the other airlock where the others were waiting. . Meanwhile, Ramshad discovers mutilated bodies when searching the nearby corridors alone. He falls back to the airlock antecorridor to set up barriers as Omar and Kariim receives the survivors. . Then we safely head for the Prosperous Cheetah in the Ghazali's hangar bay. #CoriolisRPG continues with the crew of the Prosperous Cheetah rerouted from Rhaas-Mothra around Algol C to another station to deliver the cargo of perfume. Guards inform us the Boss has invited us to dinner. The Boss is Saffron Avsar, whose husband Ramshad Soltani killed and whose identity he stole. . Apparently Saffron knows who Ramshad is and wants him for his DNA to lock her dead husband Ramsis's research. Else, she'd narc Ramshad to Hyperion Logistics for his destroying 2 container vessels. To investigate why Saffron the widow sent bounty hunters after "Ramsis" aka Ramshad Soltani, the Prosperous Cheetah crew take a job to ferry 15,000 birrs' worth of perfume from Algol to Rhaas. En route, Omar wakes the crew from hibernation to answer a distress call from an old ship The Pride of Tumasyan. Not only had they been struck by a Black Birr, but muzhadjars had began infesting the ship's damaged hull. Time for some creative solution which includes Kariim with an accelerator rifle going extravehicular... . The crew of the Prosperous Cheeta settled their delivery to Algol, but as Captain Omar is busy dealing with spaceport paperwork and excess tree goat poop, the rest of the crew take the Cucaracha (with me Alrazzi in the driver's seat) for a joyride around town towards RamSis Minerals, to investigate why one "Saffron Avsar" sent bounty hunters after their crewmate and engineer Ramsis, who recently revealed that his name was NOT Ramsis, but Ramshad Soltani. . Meanwhile, Kariim went dumpster diving for invoices, QR codes and quantum dots, and Naazumeh batted her eyelids at officials which got things done faster. .
