Ingredients: 1 can of tuna. 1/4 cup corn kernels, drained. 1 tablespoon diced green chilies. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 2 slices of bread. Handful of fresh cilantro leaves. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, corn kernels, diced green chilies, and mayonnaise. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place a slice of bread on a plate and spread the tuna mixture evenly over it. Top with fresh cilantro leaves. Cover with the second slice of bread to form a sandwich.
