Start journaling again bc now we are living in interesting times
To all the stressed people it there in quarantine:
Use this opportunity for your mental health!
Stuff that will help you recover:
Go outside in the sun if possible!
Your government will not have captured you completely. There will be exceptions under which you can go outside. USE THEM! Walk your pet or do sports. Even walking and or hiking is a sport. YOUR BODY NEEDS MOVEMENT AND FRESH AIR. If you're a house owner and have a garden, spend your time there! If you have a balcony, go there! If you have a window, become romantic and sit in the open window to enjoy the air. (But please be careful while doing so.) THE GOAL OF THIS IS NOT TO ISOLATE YOU BUT TO KEEP YOU FROM INFECTING OTHERS! AS LONG AS YOU KEEP DISTANCE AND BE CAREFUL YOU ARE SAFE! LISTEN TO THE INSTRUCTIONS YOU ARE GIVEN FROM AUTHORITY AND ACT ACCORDINGLY.
Keep/Get your sleep circle under control!
This is the perfect time to do so! There is no social event that will keep you outside to long. Nobody is there to keep you from sleeping all day. You can also play video games all day. USE THE NIGHT FOR SLEEPING AT REASONABLE HOURS! Sleep is the one most significant thing for your mental health. Give your brain the time it needs to recover. Sleep in the night and if you need it in the day as well. Go back to kindergarten times and sneak a nap after lunch. RIGHT NOW, NOBODY IS THERE TO JUDGE YOU IF YOU SLEEP 15h A DAY. And it is honestly no bodies business as well. If someone tries to judge; what else are you supposed to do at home?
Do exercises at home!
Nobody is there to watch you fail at trying so it's all your freedom. There are some great apps that help you for a daily sports dosis. GET YOU A DAILY EXERCISE DOSIS FOR SOME EXTRA ENDORPHIN! Challenge yourself to see how fare you can go! You didn't manage it today? No problem! Everyone needs a break and there is no one around to judge. Go at your own pace and see how well you will feel afterwards. Or on another note; show these ¥uckers at work how ripped you can get while they did nothing!
Communicate with people!
You need to hear human voices to not go crazy. CHAT WITH FRIENDS! IF YOU DON'T HAVE FRIENDS JOIN SOME RANDOM SERVERS! Listen to the random stuff people have to share! Listen to audiobooks, comedians, let's plays, reaction videos. GET YOURSELF TO LAUGH! Watch a movie you always wanted to watch, one that was recommended, one that is obviously trash. Find your way of enjoying what you consume.
Practice other skills!
What is it that you always wanted to learn but no doubt the tone to do so? DO IT! Don't care if you will fail or succeed. Right now I is about passing time until this pandemic is over and what better way to do so! Cook you own food! Tastes horrible? Better luck next time! Learn joggling! The ball broke your window? Time for some rare human interaction. (Call your landlord and pray.) You always wanted to learn how to draw? Just. Do. It! Musically interested? Tone to entertain your neighbors! See how long can they stand your beautiful play.
