Can one love a plant, connect to it and even communicate with it? I can 💓🌿💓 Mutual love, we take care of them, let them thrive in their habitat as they have done for millions of years and they heal us. The #kidneys work so hard in bodies fed on animal sourced and junk food. Kidneys are part of the detoxing organs and should be pampered these days. Phosphate and phosphorus is very tough on them and it's far too high in meat and makes our bodies acid, which is an invitation to any infectious disease. Everything is recorded, every thought, every emotion and doing. Think of it is the seed of the seed. 🌱 This invisible force exist as per Ayurveda in-between particles and mass in a type of aura, for example in cavities in the body or in-between cells. 🫁 In all we think, say and do there is an #akashic record that like the other natural elements, comes back polluted when we pollute it, like polluted air or #water. GET SPICED🌿 First we use them for #spicedwater by simply soaking them in cold water (cold extraction. ❄️ Then we simmer them (warm extraction) for #spicedtea 🔥 Then it's time to cook them with food (oil extraction).
