Idk exactly where it would be on your theme html, but if you go to the html and look for where there's the code that says how many notes there are on the post

copy and paste <a href="{ReblogURL}" title="Reblog This Post"> reblog

and that should show up right next to the number of notes.

and the "reblog" is whatever word/words you want to show up on your blog as the link
