Pictures from day 4 of our #Scotland trip: We left the North West Highland's #geopark and headed south to the #isleofskye via the #Corrieshalloch #gorge. After lunch we took a boat trip from #Elgol to a wet but wonderful #lochcuruisk to examine the scenery, glacial features and the #gabbro of the magma chamber of the #blackcuillin #volcano The day ended by seeing the amazing #honeycombweathering at Elgol caused salt heaving. #geotourism #geology #visitscotland (at Elgol, Highland, United Kingdom)
