tl;dr lore (CONTAINS HEADCANONS) Dr. Alize appointed Corroserum as her main assistant. Corroserum was interested with Dandarabilla (Alize's adoptive daughter)'s toxic Arts and wanted to experiment on her, but his feelings then grew into genuine care for Alize. They started dating while he was helping Alize to move on from the death of her love interest. Some time after that, Alize found out about his experiment plan and confronted him. After they reconciled, they strengthened their relationship, and later on, he proposed to her.
