John glanced as he fiddled with the custom knife handle. Holding it he balanced it in his hand, it balanced on the hilt. Slowly moving it one one finger he offered it too Amelia.

Leaning against the side of a building stands a young man in his mid to late twenties; a cherry ember sits atop his lit cigarette as he takes a long drag. Waiting for someone or something to show up.
Young man huh? Amelia thought. Looks can sure be devicing, especially her own. Still she continued her path, avoiding unnecessary attention with her golden eyes.
"Care to join me in the waters of chaos?" Looking up Amelia looked at the clouded dark sky, the rain just pouring down, soaking her entire body. "You're a mercenary... I should of wasted your time in the bar today....I apologize."
“No, it’s fine.” He waved his hand, aiming to ease her mind. “You didn’t waste my time at all. You were fine company. As long as we understand each other on what i will and won’t do, there is no reason to apologize.”
He looked up to the sky himself, as if trying to find the spot her gaze focused on, but to no avail.
“We can talk further though. Waters of chaos or whatever....i think we are people that can...help each other. I never implied it has to end here. “
The wide road heading south was fairly empty, save a man walking by his lonesome, a blot of ink on a white canvas, a unique individual with a curious appearance. Clad in dyed furs, an impractically long scarf, wearing a sizable backpack for traveling, and with snow-colored hair that gently moved with the blowing of the wind, Arkyn Baldr certainly looked out of place in this more temperate region. A simple judgement of his appearance would likely convey that he hailed from the frigid tundras of the north, an unforgiving land with many warring tribes dotting the landscape However, this northerner didn’t find himself warring with an enemy tribe, but traveling alone in the region to the South.
As the sun was reaching it’s peak in the sky, Arkyn stopped along the roadside to remove some food from his pack and, sitting on a grassy hillside not far off the road, began to partake in some lunch.
“I don’t know what I expected when I came here,” he said to no one in particular, staring off into the distance, “But it probably wasn’t this.”

A resting heartbeat.. so slowly, calm, and steady you’d think she was in a coma almost. It’s been this way since he found her… “…..” still… hopefully she’ll wake up soon hopefully.
It was almost been a hour that Amelia was resting on him, she was this exhausted. There was a thought that he wanted to try for waking her up, but ultimately decided not to.
“We’re almost there, Benton.” The driver then told him.
“Alright, thanks.” Benton took a quick glance, she was still sleeping in utter peace, before he then looked through the window. It was a long road after all.
“Family reunion!”
“Just thought you might want to know... Ask first before petting or handling any of the little dragons in general.” Might as well warn her considering what would happen.
Why did gramps have to have such a confusing family tree anyway?
"Does Diana ring a bell...?"
“No, It doesn’t….should it? Who’s asking?”
"The fanus.... do you really think we all can live in peace? Personally I stand by Adam's ideals but his ways could've been executed better. Think you can stop by the club again tonight?" Amelia asked. Randomly asking a question and abit the new leader who replaced the old White Fang leader. (RWBY AU)
Enigma wiggled his raccoon ears a little. “I certainly hope so. I think we are capable of living in peace, it will just take some time. It took a while for humans to accept different skin colors and look at the progress made there. I can stop by the club again, why?” Enigma asked as he spent a moment remembering the way to the club.
