also the lore rationalization is easy. I’m sure the red wizards had no problem bribing the ‘inferior’ cowlies into ignoring their activities. Amn is corrupt as all hell, after all.
I'm pretty sure I'm mostly bitter that the Cowled Wizards yell at *my* PCs (who never pay the bribe either because let's-maybe-avoid-the-Wizards-as-much-as-possible-and-they're-all-jerks-anyway) every time I forget and cast Knock to unlock something, but here's all these NPCs getting off scot-free. :p

Got my roommate to watch Sherlock. When she watched the first episode, I figured she was just curious and that would be the end of that. But I can see her watching the second episode now. I'm so excited. But she loves Doctor Who so I guess I should have seen this coming after all the talking about Sherlock I did.
