meg fell first, & it was one of those “oh god no literally anybody but him” moments. she was not happy about it. and since johnny is just a chip in her head (long story for those not familiar w cyberpunk lore), he can feel that they have a crush on him because he can sense the hormones, little changes in heart rate, heat rising in the body, etc. overall he still finds meg to be a pain in the ass, but also can’t help but find her crush a little cute. but then, somewhere along the way, he falls harder.

as time goes on in their relationship (even before it becomes romantic), they both eventually become willing to jump in front of danger for each other. sure, they’ll still seem like they can’t stand each other, but on a deeper level they know they can’t live without each other at this point

a (affection) - how affectionate are they with a s/o?

pretty affectionate physically, not as adept at verbal affection. overall though it depends on how deep the relationship is. enjin has had some pretty surface-level relationships in the past that mainly involved him being attracted to the other’s looks. for those relationships his affection had a lot to do with being handsy in a more sexual manner. but his relationship with meg is different, and after he processes this and gets past the fear of vulnerability his affection becomes more romantic and less sexual (although it’s still sexual time to time let’s be real). then his affection becomes more along the lines of cuddles, forehead kisses, back rubs, etc.

r (random) - how spontaneous is their relationship? do they do things on the spot or plan ahead?

spontaneous at first, as the two first start off kind of casual and seeing where things go. then as it becomes clear that they want to be together for the long haul, they start planning things ahead more and being more purposeful with their time together.

v (vulnerable) - how long until they can be vulnerable around their s/o? what are they like in this state?

ooof. given what enjin has shared in canon about his past relationships with women, it takes a while before he can get vulnerable with meg. i feel that when he is first attracted to her he figures it’s more of the same, being attracted to her body and her intelligence without wanting much deeper. but once she shows interest back and the two start dating, he starts to realize this all feels different, he actually craves more. if anything that probably causes him to put more walls up, but meg keeps holding him accountable and pushing at him to open up more. eventually he does. but it takes months. several months.

gojo did, it started off as “oh wait she’s cute” which escalated to “oh shit she’s hot.” megan fell for gojo a bit further down the line once she could see past his cocky attitude

megan is interested in hayden’s connection with his animals, and how he seems so intuitive with them. as someone who approaches things very analytically, seeing someone who approaches things more with emotional connection is notable and very attractive

grass type - let’s say you and your f/o, for some random reason, had to have a garden. what would your dream garden be, in that case?

oh gee i wonder why they would have a garden LMAO (farming sim media). hayden probably likes to plant crops that keep his livestock well-fed and happy. megan more so likes a variety of crops that bring in income and satisfaction in the town, but also bits of personal favorites like strawberries and grapes

😖 - what moment flustered you the most?

there’s several moments of him that fluster me tbh. mostly any moment where he shows a display of power (esp when he’s acting cocky about it), like the jogo fight, the fight during the exchange event, or the fight against the cursed spirits during the shibuya incident

💘 - (if applicable) what moment made them realize they were in love with you?

gojo had always been kind of infatuated with meg, but kind of dismissed it as just a “oh hey they’re cute i’m going to flirt and mess with them and see how they respond” sort of thing. but i think what made gojo realize he was in love was meg checking in with him after fights. since he’s regarded as the strongest people rarely tend to him or treat him like he needs to be checked in on, and that made him realize he could have someone in his life who does that

gojo is - with him being the strongest, he’s used to being a protector of others. and with him knowing he’s the strongest, he wants to use that power to protect megan. however, she’s very protective of him too, especially since he gets put on such a pedestal due to his powers. when gojo realizes this, he’s definitely taken aback by someone being protective of him

🌱 — how do you make up with each other after an argument?

if the argument isn’t too seriously (which it rarely is), it usually ends with gojo caving and being like

and he will start bugging her with little bids for attention until megan stops being mad

🍿 — your perception of them and their perception of you?

ooh this is a good question.

megan’s perception: upon first meeting him, that he’s odd, full of himself, a bit of an annoyance. sometimes he’s funny though. and they’ve heard plenty of wild stories about gojo’s power; they know his ego isn’t misplaced, but it can still be a bit much. after she and gojo become closer, the perception is more understanding of who he is, seeing his power as something to be in awe of (and not disliking the fact that someone she’s with can so easily protect her), and loving his sense of humor even if she rolls her eyes at it. she also feels bad for all that he has on his shoulders and wants to give him ease where she can.

gojo’s perception: he thought she was cute, that she took herself too seriously. he also thought megan was a bit anxious and uncertain when it came to the jujutsu world and he could see that. gojo also views megan as more powerful than he’d let on (he often jokingly diminishes their power by bragging on his own). after getting to know each other gojo still thought megan was cute but that evolved to “wow, she’s beautiful” and being protective over them, basically viewing them as the most important person in his life. definitely brags to others about how beautiful and powerful his partner is. knows how capable megan is and never doubts them for a second (but also still kinda wants to baby them).
