Nov. 29, 2014: Today (and tomorrow) is the Saginaw Valley Orchid Society Show and Sale at Midland, MI and we made the drive out there to check it out. The show is amazing! It’s always interesting to see what’s in bloom on display and talking shop with fellow orchid enthusiasts. As for vendors, they all brought a lot of goodies!

Alien orchid
Oct. 8, 2014: We just got what may be the most outrageously alien orchid we have ever seen! It’s from an eBay seller we haven’t purchased a plant from before.
