In hindsight, Snape and Dumbledore make the whole Harry Potter series really uncomfortable and just shuffled Draco, Harry and a lot of students around on a board as expendable pieces? It just comes off as Harry Potter and the Reasons Adults Are Terrible.

It's the zombie apocalypse and Karkat and Eridan are trying valiantly to distribute a vaccine against the virus to the few remaining pockets of uninfected people. Karkat is like NO ERIDAN MAYBE DON'T FUCKING MACHETE THESE FOLKS RIGHT AWAY, YOU DON'T KNOW THEY'RE ZOMBIES, THEY HAVE A CAMPFIRE, and Eridan thinks that Karkat's ability to form an optimistic/merciful thought is cute, but stupid.
