So how likely will these other worlds appear in your story then?

I can't promise anything about all those specific worlds appearing...(Except, Somari, he's lives on a planet comprised of bootleg games and other stuff)

I can however say that the merged universe is very much still growing and merging universes left and right even after the fall of Cosmic Sam and his reign of terror.

(The ones tagged isn't even all of them)

Does Shin Godzilla ever make an appearance in Cosmicverse?

Yes and you can be absolutely certain that Cosmic Sam not only brought it back to life but is making it go through even more agony to "evolve" and become a much bigger issue for both the heroes and literally everyone else in the merged universe.

So how did Cosmic Sam remain tyrant of the entire merged universe when other Gods and higher powers exist?

Just like how he banished a certain Warrior of Light, he basically kicked a number of higher powers out of their own realm for some time.

Not all Gods were banished since he has ordered his army to hunt after them so he can take their power and become even stronger.

Think of it like a snowball/domino effect where he hunts after lesser Gods first but he'd slowly go after higher and higher powers.

So what even are the Sadist Crystals that Cosmic Sam has forced the entire merged universe to fear and kneel to?

They're essentially and literally Samuel's own take of Dark Energon after finding and absorbing the Dark Spark back when he was still mortal.

It would not only cause him to get even more power for his goals but it would begin to make his body and soul corrupt to the literal cell and touch.

It only got worse (for everyone around him), after Samuel had tore out and absorbed the twitching core of a Solver drone, with mosquitos becoming mutated overgrown zombified abominations after attempting to drink his blood.
