True enough, this was a manor he shouldn't have been trespassing through at all. Yet he found himself inside it nonetheless. It felt as if he didn't have a real choice. One second he could see it from afar, the other, he was already inside it. The two ladies appeared before him, chanting the words he knew in the back of his head -- he should not be here but he was. Quickly, he decides to raise his hands instead of taking out his sword, the very one he didn't think he actually had anyway.
"Forgive me, my ladies, I seem to be very lost, actually. If you could help me find my way back, I would be most grateful." A pause and he keeps his hands raised, looking at the two strange girls, mind wondering about them. Truth be told, they seemed more like Eikons or Garuda's Egi than human...
"I did not mean to barge in like I did, but I also assure you that I did not trample anything here. I am genuinely lost."

What are Clive's strengths and weaknesses? Does he have any abilities? ( whether special or otherwise, e.g able to use knives etc )
Spoilers below:
Strengths: Clive had been training to become the First Shield of the Flame and Rosaria so he could be able to protect his brother, the Dominant of Phoenix. Due to this, he is very proficient with swords. Also, due to being blessed by his brother once becoming the First Shield, he received the Blessing of the Phoenix which allows for him to channel powers of that Eikon like channeling the wings and fire of the Phoenix to enhance his attacks. He can also throw fireballs at the enemy, among other fire-based attacks. Oh, and he can also rush towards a nearby point thanks to that blessing.
He also awakens to Ifrit, the Second Eikon of Fire, previously unheard of. This causes him to be able to semi-prime (semi-transform into Ifrit) and fully prime (fully turn into Ifrit), though throughout the story, he has difficulty being able to channel his full priming. Aside from that, he is able to absorb other Eikon's powers, which causes him to have an array of abilities from every different element, not just fire, though he cannot prime with those. At one point in the story, he can fuse prime with the Phoenix to turn into Ifrit Risen as well, but he needs the Dominant of the Phoenix to be able to do that.
He has a strong will, he is very driven to the things he wants to do and the people he loves. He is not afraid to ask for help and learn. HE IS VERY LOVING AND CAN BE QUITE GENTLE when he's not blinded by whatever he is driven to do.
Weaknesses: Dominants can lose control of their Eikons, causing them to go rampage against anything and anyone, something which they cannot stop unless defeated or rendered unconscious. This is something that has happened to Clive. Aside from this, Clive has difficulty fully priming into Ifrit at will, even though he tries constantly. If he is stressed, he can be reckless when attacking and leave himself wide open to well-thought attacks, and his stature as Ifrit is also smaller than the other Eikons which gives him a disadvantage.
His emotions can be a double-edged sword, too, I feel and sometimes the lack thereof, too. The way he is very driven to follow anything whether it is revenge (a very important plot point for him) or a nobler cause can make him neglect himself and instead blind himself to his surroundings or the suffering of others and/or himself because of it. He apparently cannot cook, so there's that, too. AND he is a bad liar, like a really bad liar.

her decision to wed aegon to helaena had not been an easy one to make. alicent knew they did not get along as aegon was prone to spewing hateful things whenever he wished at his sister. what other choice did she have? she could not allow a marriage between helaena and rhaenyra's oldest bastard that would take her only daughter from her, giving her to the enemy. she did not want to think of what would be done to her sweet girl under such circumstances.
"oh, my sweet girl," she murmured softly; unthinkingly, she reached out to take her daughter's hands. this was the only way to keep her sweet helaena close to her side and safe, but she dared not speak such things now. "it will not be so bad once it is all over with, and marrying aegon means you will not have to leave everything you know here." that you will not have to leave me.
