The delivery person. They are bringing warm food to my house. I love them.

6. What’s your lucky number?I really do not have one. Is this something that people usually have?

12. What was your last dream about?My dreams are fantastically mundane. My last dream involved me putting money on my Myki. Not that I was late, or early, or heading anywhere. Just the topping up.

35. Have you ever tried archery?I have. In high school I tried it once. It is on a list of things that it I am fine with not being competent at.

53. Favorite foreign food?I think I’m going with Indian food. It was always the food I got with my family for small occasions that merited some sort of celebration. Every one of us greedily watching each other over our plates to defensively eat what we decided was rightfully our own curry. Savouring the naan bread. Bad company, but good food. 

87. Do you keep a journal?Indeed I do. I’ve had one going for about7 years or so now. It is where I go to remind myself that I am a total fucking narcissist and cleanse that from my system.

91. Do you like your own name?I do now. I never did when I was younger. It others me. My name is the Irish spelling of the name John. When I was younger I always wished that my parents had named me John so I wouldn’t have to go through the motions of correcting whoever mispronounced my name. Which everyone except 5 people have ever done. But I like it now. It’s a cultural connection and giving me this name reminds me of what my grandparents never had, which is the freedom to give their children Irish names. I don’t mind a mispronounced name anymore, it makes people feel immediately as though they have to ingratiate themselves to me after getting off on such poor footing. 

92. Have you already thought of baby names, and if so what are they?Only one. Finn. I like that name. It’s Irish but can be read and understood. Knowing I’ll never have kids makes this a lot easier.
