This hc *feels* canon bc of every bit of proof in the game, but he always holds his head up with 1 or 2 hands (1 being during his extract animation, where his head is leaning to the side he's holding it.. hmmmm...) but I hc that his head is too long and floppy and if he lets go of it for too long (mayb like an hour or smthg) it'll start to droop and can injure his neck and stuff- and yk fruitcake cuz flirting with strawbebby is a big distraction from holding ur big ahh head up

Guys. Hear me out. Cosmo and Sprout are not fucking good for each other.

I am 100% a cosprout shipper, but they clash HARD. And I am sick of people portraying their relationship as all sunshine and rainbows.

I want them to STRUGGLE for it. Cosmo is naturally generous, he wants to be everyone’s friend and be there for EVERYONE. That can really take a mental toll on someone, trying to give out love and support without receiving any in return. It’s literally his whole concept.

Sprout is selfish as fuck. I love him, but that’s the truth. He’s overprotective, he’s a bitch, and I love him. He wants Cosmo’s attention CONSTANTLY. He pushes everyone else away, he won’t talk to anyone else about his feelings, he ONLY wants Cosmo. THATS NOT HEALTHY.

Poor Cosmo is trying to be a good friend to everyone and Sprout over here is trying to control him and make him focus on him. So now he doesn’t have time for himself and he’s busy trying to juggle his clingy boyfriend with his 10-20 other friends who he also needs to take care of. That takes a toll on people.

This is not me hating on cosprout, in fact, i think they’re so much more interesting this way! But I see so many people thinking they would just fit together like puzzle pieces, that they’d be perfect for each other.

I want to see them work through their issues. I want them to be at a breaking point, Sprout feeling ignored and starved for attention and Cosmo feeling overworked and frustrated, and I want to see them talk it out. I wanna see their love carry them through.

Just because you’re in love with somebody doesn’t mean you’re automatically going to have the perfect relationship, but if you truly do love each other and communicate well, you can work through your problems TOGETHER.
