Rouge is one of my all time favs, she had alot of outfit changes throughout the games/shows so I tried to incorporate a little of each in this design.
The reason for giving her a mess of different earrings is because they're part of her collection of jewels and trinkets 💎
It already hurt to see it in the original, but I decided to make it even more painful by redrawing this moment with their human versions. 💔
