すっきり白が飲みたくて開けたら、赤でびっくり…。なぜか白だと思い込んでたCote Chalonnaise はGivryのピノ。

ドライレーズン、クローヴ、すみれ

少し野性味のある印象。香りが燻ってゴワゴワしてる。カツオ出汁っぽいともいえる？

Forwardタイプのアタック。酸が非常に高く、タンニンもややあるが目立つ。ピノにしては骨格しっかりの印象。痩せ型で素朴な佇まいの男の子。
