This easy-to-make Cotton Candy Fudge tastes just like cotton candy, which is sweet and fun. You can enjoy it at parties, on special occasions, or whenever you want a taste of the past.
Ingredients: 3 cups white chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1/2 cup cotton candy-flavored candy melts. 1/2 cup cotton candy-flavored mini marshmallows. 1/4 cup cotton candy-flavored sprinkles. A few drops of pink food coloring optional.
Instructions: Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring each time until the mixture is smooth and fully combined. This should take about 2-3 minutes in total. Add the cotton candy-flavored candy melts to the mixture and stir until they are completely melted and the fudge is smooth. If you want a pink color, add a few drops of pink food coloring and mix well. Fold in the cotton candy-flavored mini marshmallows and sprinkles until they are evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle extra cotton candy-flavored sprinkles on top for added decoration. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until it is set and firm. Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Place it on a cutting board and cut into squares or rectangles as desired. Serve and enjoy your delightful Cotton Candy Fudge!
