(on the night before christmas, all through out the day two villains were stirring up trouble. one hated christmas and the other was forced along for the ride. . . piloting the aircraft.)
Epsilon: alright the war on christmas is proceeding according to plan!. . . hey! there is that home depot that had christmas decorations set up before halloween! *charges a magical dark energy blast and fires at it blowing it up* there, better.
*ding* Colonel Steele, Jr.: uhhh epsilon the F-bomb is charged.
epsilon: ha ha ha! nothing can save you now humanity! drop the bomb!. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . why has the bomb not dropped? *suddenly a flash of purple light fires at him and knocks him down* uwf!
Icarus: epsilon! *flying into the aircrafts side door and lands inside*
epsilon: *gets up* aaahhh icarus~~
icarus: i'm giving you one chance to end this war on christmas, or else!
epsilon: *smiles* or else what?~~
(icarus fires a blast from their sword but epsilon blocks it with a magic circle shield then fires again but is blocked once again)
(epsilons laughs while icarus keeps her guard up)
epsilon: good try my friend~ but i have the power of a thousand sons!
icarus: you're tired 40K references don't impress me. i won't let you destroy christmas!
epsilon: oh icarus~ you thought this was about destroying christmas.
(she looks confused; same as colonel steele jr who was hearing and watching things.) colonel steele jr: well you didn't declare war on kwanzaa. (he said from the pilot seat; wondering why he's even here, he liked christmas.)
epsilon: destruction, was never the real goal~
(both super confused; look out to the city. . . currently burning and destroyed in various ways.)
colonel steele jr: could've fooled me.
icarus: o-okay, if the goal of this was not to destroy christmas; what was the point of all this!
epsilon: look at the top of a christmas tree! tell me what you see.
icarus: a star.
epsilon: do you know why it is there?
icarus: it's the star that lead the magi to Bethlehem.
epsilon: yes, a star, shining in darkness, in anticipation, for a single, morning.
icarus: yeah the christmas star. (she factly says)
epsilon: NO! it is the morningstar! the star, of lucifer.
icarus & colonel steele jr: what?
epsilon: in the war of heaven, as satan leads his angels against the heavenly choir. he is struck down, burning as he falls into the pit. can you imagine, what a sight that would be. can you imagine, the flame in the sky that must have been created. how bright it must have been. bright enough to lead three men! to a mangler in bethlehem. that light was and IS lucifer.
icarus: uh that's all good and everything? but it doesn't tell me why you're waring on christmas.
epsilon: because every bright light casts a dark shadow. and christmas lights burn so very very bright! how many people are abandoned by their families this time of year. how many feel abandoned by hope! they are countless. and i am here, to remind them, they are not abandoned, that they will be counted! that! is my goal.
(icarus and colonel steele jr just have their heads tilted not even sure about all this)
epsilon: you think the children of the night, do not have children of our own.
icarus: dude you blew up dozens of buildings, terrified hundreds of people and blew up a home depot!
epsilon: and it was worth it god dammit! christmas! must remember it's place. you may not know this, but before the Christians encountered the vikings. they had adopted the roman holiday of Saturnalia, and it was the feast of saturn, the lord! of the underworld! and i am here to remind you, that the children of the night, are always among you! even! on the night, before christmas. *turns into a puff of dark smoke and disappears*
. . . . . . . . . . (steele looks back). . . . colonel steele jr: did he just leave me all on my own with you.
