Unlike every other chimera in existence within Cotu, Katsu does not have four completely different counterparts representing the primary bloodlines coursing through the veins of his entire species. In fact, he is not only lacking one, but one aspect of his counterparts is doubled, unveiling twins within the heart of his soul. Dragon, snake, horse and ram are the four standard representing beasts.
Katsu, however, has two dragons, the horse and the snake. He lacks the ram head all together. As a consequence, the nature that the ram would have provided shifted to the horse, not only making him twice as stubborn as any other known chimera, but twice as determined, tempered, aggressive and witty.
Katsu named the dragons because of their personalities. Dragora--the more blood-thirsty of the two, and Magnum--the kind and gentle dragon, also the one to hold back and tame the raging fire that is his other half. Because of the imbalance, Katsu suffers from impulsive behaviors that are difficult--or sometimes impossible--to control.
His mood can change at the drop of a hat from something calm and collected to absolutely livid and unreasonable. However, there are ways to calm a distraught and angry chimera, but one risks losing a limb or their life in the process.
