Lmao omg ok but Dan one time my boss (who is a therapist) was talking to me about idk what and then he said something about CBT and of course my filthy fucking brain went the wrong way FIRST and I made like a ??O.O?? Face and when he asked why I made that face (by then my brain caught up to the CBT he was actually talking about) I just played it off like my stomach hurt for a sec lol
