When I turned sixteen, I fell in love. I met a guy who had an old soul and a beautiful mind. I didn’t have to put up walls with him and he didn’t have to knock any of mine down—it was effortless. He didn’t ask ordinary questions such as what my favorite color was or what I did for fun. He wanted to know what I was afraid of, what my favorite Disney movie was, what my top five songs were, and what made me smile in the simplest way. I think that ’s when I knew that he is someone I could easily fall in love with. 
I love that he listenes to alternative, classical, and rock music that I secretly like. I love that he is interested in literature by J. R. Tolkien, Sapkowski or Kipling without even trying to be impressive. I love that he is always full of romantic surprises such as reservations to our favorite restaurants, evening walks or having meal at midnight. I love that his hand are soft even though he work until night hours. I love that he watches Sex and the city with me and truly does enjoy the storylines out of them. I love the way his mind works, a little more observant than most people. I love that he can cook, but never make fun of my terrible meals. I love that we try new coffee shops together even though he doesn´t even know how to order coffee. I love that we can spend hours in bookshops without saying a word to one another, yet we never felt alone. I love that we worked towards making a home together in one we’d never been to.
