Leaving the city and heading for the lake with boat in tow.

You guys, the kids are going to summer camp, and DH and I are trying to go anywhere we can for 4-5 nights. We have not been away together in EIGHT years. The last time we left town together Baby was an actually baby.

I put “anywhere” into Google flights, and the cheapest place to pop up was Vegas. I have been to Vegas, but 20 years ago, and DH has never been. My goal is to sleep, eat good food, and be super lazy. I wish we could go to Mexico and do an all inclusive, but we don’t have enough time due to camp drop off and pick up times, and DH needing to be in class as soon as we get back. Where in Vegas can I just relax? Can you throw some hotel options at me that do not involve topless pools, but will allow me to relax in 110 degree weather? Recommend any places to eat that are good but budget friendly?
