Happy Flex Friday to all who celebrate! 💪🏽 In typical April fashion, it was a day filled with Spring showers. Not so many flowers coming up yet. So, date night included a trip to the flower shop! 💐🌺 Those are usually my favorite date kind of date nights!
For my workout, I did a cardio kickboxing routine from Cathe Friedrich on Demand. It was four kicking and punching combos with cardio intensity intervals mixed in. The cardio factor on this workout was definitely in the high intensity end! But, she balances it out with a fierce strength training segment at the end. She was focused on lower body work only. But, I added some upper body moves for a more full body session. All in under an hour!
Total calorie burn = 371 kcals 💥
That’s 5 out of 5 workouts accomplished! 🎉 I feel proud of hitting that goal. Now, date night and then TWO rest days! 🥰
