Made a lil progress. I'm not doing so well today. My diabetes is messing with my guts. Basically it's stopping the blood getting to my stomach to digest food. Everything has ground to a halt. It's painful sometimes. There is literally a couple days of undigested food in my stomach. I'm hoping it well get back to normal but I fear I will like first. They gave me a one-time dose of stuff that made my throat numb. 426 stitches. Still got half a cake to use. Idk if I want to use a third one. Today's shawls can be very beautiful but they are so tiny on me I classify them as scarves. I prefer bigger shawls that will wrap my arms and ample frame. I was knitting a long sleeve, half-brioche sweater made with Coboo (cotton/bamboo yarn). I finished the body and was working on the first arm. I wasn’t loving it. Little things about this project bothered me, so I completely frogged ALL that work! Now the Coboo is going to live on as this shirt, Davit by Berroco and I feel much better 😊 Although the suggested yarn is nubby and gorgeous, I’m going to reuse my Coboo and hopefully finish the shirt while it’s still warm enough to show it off!
