This story began as a one-shot in Richonne Lemon Shots back in 2020—a flicker of heat and ache that refused to stay small. I promised a few that I’d expand it into a full story. And I keep my promises.

Though I’m no longer posting on FF or AO3, I’m finishing the drafts and releasing Beautiful Strangers on Wattpad. Not for clout. Not for noise. But to protect my energy. To honor the ache. To timestamp my voice.

I’ve noticed the ones who said they’d ride with me have turned to ghost. That’s fine. I’m still writing. Still original. Still watching.

This isn’t just a fic. And if you’re reading this and you’ve echoed my terrain without acknowledgment, I still hope you do better. Because legacy isn’t about who wrote it first.
