बाइक से टकराकर हुई बछड़े की मौत, प्रायश्चित के लिए पंचायत ने सुनाया नाबालिग बेटी की शादी का फरमान

चैतन्य भारत न्यूज विदिशा. मध्य प्रदेश के विदिशा जिले से एक हैरान कर देने वाला मामला सामने आया है। यहां पंचायत के फरमान पर एक शख्स अपनी नाबालिग बेटी की शादी करवाने जा रहा था। दरअसल, शख्स की एक गलती से बछड़े की जान चली गई थी, जिसके बाद पंचायत ने उसे प्रायश्चित करने के लिए यह फरमान सुनाया। (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || ).push({}); गलती से हो गई थी बछड़े की मौत जानकारी के मताबिक, कुछ महीने पहले एक शख्स अपने दोपहिया वाहन से कहीं जा रहा था। तभी अचानक एक बछड़ा बीच रोड़ में आ गया और शख्स की गाड़ी से टक्कर होकर उसकी मौत हो गई। इसके बाद उस शख्स ने गंगा स्नान किया और फिर ग्रामीणों दावत देने के लिए राजी हो गया। लेकिन ग्रामीणों ने इससे इनकार कर दिया और कहा कि उसे अपनी नाबालिग बेटी की शादी करनी होगी। आज भी प्रचलित है प्रथा दरअसल, मध्यप्रदेश के कुछ हिस्सों में यह प्रथा आम है कि यदि किसी शख्स से गलती से कोई गाय मारी जाती है तो उस पर सामाजिक प्रतिबंध लगा दिए जाते हैं। इन प्रतिबंधों में या तो उस शख्स को गंगा स्नान करके ग्रामीणों को दावत देनी होती है और या फिर कभी-कभी उसे अपनी नाबालिग बेटी की शादी करने को कहा जाता है। पंचायत फैसला लेते समय लड़की की उम्र नहीं देखती है। गलती से गाय की हत्या करने वाले शख्स को ग्रामीण अपराधी की नजर से देखते हैं। उनका कहना है कि इस पाप से छुटकारा पाने का एकमात्र उपाय कन्यादान ही है। प्रशासनिक टीम ने रूकवाई शादी ग्रामीणों के कहने पर वह शख्स भी अपनी नाबालिग बेटी की शादी करवाने को तैयार हो गया। जैसे ही राज्य महिला और बाल विकास (डब्ल्यूसीडी) विभाग और पुलिस टीम को यह सूचना मिली कि लड़की नाबालिग है तो वह शुक्रवार को तुरंत गांव पहुंच गई। फिर लड़की के परिवार ने प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई का विरोध किया और यह स्वीकार करने से इनकार कर दिया कि लड़की नाबालिग है। लड़की का जन्म वर्ष 2007 डब्ल्यूसीडी की पर्यवेक्षक अनीता मौर्य ने कहा कि, 'सब-डिविजनल मजिस्ट्रेट ने उनसे बाल विवाह के बारे में जांच करने के लिए गांव में जाने को कहा है। लड़की और उसके माता-पिता अनपढ़ हैं और अपने दावे का समर्थन करने के लिए दस्तावेज नहीं दे सके। आधार कार्ड में लड़की की जन्म तिथि 1 जनवरी, 2007 की है जिसके अनुसार वह नाबालिग है।' नाबालिग के परिवार से लिखित में लिया बयान मौर्य के मुताबिक, जब उनकी टीम गांव पहुंची तो वहां लड़की की शादी की तैयारियां हो रही थी। घर में बहुत सारे रिश्तेदार भी थे। दूल्हा आने ही वाला था। लेकिन ऐन वक्त पर पुलिस के पहुंचने से विवाह संपन्न नहीं हो सका। डब्ल्यूसीडी की टीम ने लड़की के परिवारवालों से लिखित में लिया कि, 18 वर्ष की होने तक लड़की की शादी नहीं होगी। टीम ने परिवार के खिलाफ कोई मामला दर्ज नहीं किया गया है। Read the full article

मप्र : ग्रामीणों ने 17 गायों को 20 दिन तक कमरे में रखा बंद, भूख-प्यास से तड़पकर हुई मौत

चैतन्य भारत न्यूज ग्वालियर. डबरा शहर से मानवता को शर्मसार कर देने वाला एक मामला सामने आया है। यहां से 10 किमी दूर ग्राम समूदन में एक कमरे में बंद 17 गायों की मौत हो गई। बताया जा रहा है कि, गायों की मौत भूख-प्यास से तड़प-तड़पकर हुई। सभी गाय खेतों में तैयार खड़ी धान की फसल को उजाड़ रही थीं, जिसके बाद ग्रामीणों ने उन्हें ऐसे कमरे में बंद किया था, जिसमें कभी सूरज की रोशनी तक नहीं जाती थी। चारा-पानी कुछ नहीं दिया जानकारी के मुताबिक, सभी गाय करीब 20 दिनों तक कमरे में बंद रही। इस दौरान उन्हें न तो चारा मिला और न ही पानी। बता दें जिस परिसर में गायों को बंद किया था वहां दो स्कूल, पंचायत भवन, जनमित्र केंद्र और आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र भी संचालित होते हैं। बुधवार को जब कमरे से बदबू आने लगी तो सरपंच के पति बलवीर सिंह, पंचायत सचिव प्रदीप राणा और आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता प्रेमाबाई को गायों की मौत की जानकारी मिली। लेकिन उन सभी ने भी इस मामले को दबाने की कोशिश की। चोरी-छिपे गायों को दफनाने की कोशिश हैरानी वाली बात तो यह है कि इन लोगों ने कमरे की दीवार को जेसीबी से तोड़कर वहां से चोरी-छिपे गायों को आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र से बाहर निकालकर दफनाने का भी प्रयास किया। जैसे ही इसकी सूचना गौ सेवकों को लगी तो उन्होंने मौके पर पहुंचकर हंगामा किया और हाईवे पर ट्रैफिक जाम कर दिया। गुरुवार को मंत्री इमरती देवी, कलेक्टर अनुराग चौधरी आदि घटनास्थल पर पहुंचे। कलेक्टर ने एसडीएम को जांच के आदेश दिए और शुक्रवार को इसकी रिपोर्ट भी पेश करने को कहा। इस मामले में पुलिस ने 12 लोगों के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने जाहिर किया गुस्सा घटना के बाद मुख्यमंत्री कमलनाथ ने ट्वीट कर कहा कि, 'ग्वालियर के डबरा के समूदन में 17 गायों की मृत्यु की खबर बेहद दुखद है। निष्पक्ष जांच के निर्देश दिए हैं। हम गोमाता की रक्षा और संवर्धन के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत और वचनबद्ध हैं। ऐसी घटनाएं बर्दाश्त नहीं की जा सकती हैं।' Read the full article
