We are all connected 💫 Certified Iyengar yoga teacher Luisa @luipsape met my friend and colleague May Mei @mmyoga (from @iyengarsf) while in Pune, India last year. May Mei put me in touch with Luisa who connected me with @jnana_dakini, both of them who have worked with and hosted James Fox, founder of @prisonyogaproject at Yoga Espacio in México City. The PYP MX City group just published and translated in Spanish my blog post about teaching Iyengar yoga at San Quentin. ¡Gracias! What a small big world it is 🙏🏽 Also, translators make a big impact for international workshops to be effective and Luisa did wonderful job for the long workshops!👏🏽🏅Thank you for all your efforts!! #prisonyogaproject #prisonyogaprojectmexico #iyengaryoga #iyengar #mexicoyoga #interconnected #coyacan #mexicocity #internationalyoga #languagetranslator (at Yoga Espacio)
Coyoacán, place of the coyotes, town square #mexicocity #bronzesculptures #coyote #fountain #fridakahlo #coyacan #carrielederer (at Centro de Coyoacán)
And this is Frida’s home in Mexico City in the barrio Coyacan. The famous Casa Azul where she lived together with Diego Rivera and where she taught her students. Although this place has many visitors, you can still feel the presence, spirit and love of this two great artists. We felt so well and blissful, it is hard to describe.
