@pforestsims Deco Donation Box & Table Sign Fully Repo'd

These are clones with new guids and wont conflict with the originals. The donation box was already repo'd to the BG Cozy Colonial End Table which is actually a coffee table, I repo'd the sign part to the Ikea Slatthult sticker, preview uses one of my badge recolors to show how you can make it look like a collection box for the garden club. I also made PF's sign texture into a Slatthult recolor and made an invisible recolor too. The frame of the table sign was already repo'd to the OFB Mr Generic's Sign, I repo'd the sign part to the BG Bella Squared painting and turned PF's sign textures into recolors for that. Both meshes are found in Deco -> Misc

I have both of my Mermalien households in town living across from each other on the same street.

One one side of this street I have the main mermalien family here which consists of cranky Mother-In-Law Ursa, Matriarch (and petty thief) Pandora, Patriarch (and horror-novel writing/evil merman) Danny, (fairly normal) Aquila and (evil) Orion. I need to get the ghost of Perseus’ twin sister Andromeda on the lot, too. She died from ranting about death too much and got on Grimmie’s bad side xD

On the other side are the older siblings all living together snug as a bug:

Peter and Cassiopeia (married), Jupiter (cranky), and Perseus (a loser cop) 

I figured to move Cassi and Peter in with Cassi’s older brothers for kicks and giggles. I like watching the mermalien family drama - it mostly consists of scaring each other and using the megaphone. Along with consuming vast quantities of snowcones but we’ll leave that subject for another day xD

My cozy little colonial house had its first rainstorm test. 

It passed! :P

Fixed a few things on my colonial house. 

Made four mini dormers to suit the colonial look better, changed windows around, random recoloring, landscaping at various places and focused on starting the side and backyard. Both are pictured in their current state of boring-ness :P

Attempting the interior of my cozy colonial. It’ll just be a one bedroom, one bath house but I’m trying to make it have an older and obviously colonial type of feel. This should be fun :P

Although I have to say that it was a huge pain trying to get that fireplace feel like a natural part of the kitchen xD

An attempt on a colonial house. 

It’ll be nothing special, really, just an overwhelmingly landscaped colonial shell whenever I get around to putting this house up for download. 

It was among the first houses I made when I got interested in the building part of Sims 3 but I have very much amped up its original crappy form lol
