Check out the newest exhibit at Creative Practices Institute, a solo show by local artist Erik Osberg titled Some Solitary Beacons. From the Creative Practices Institute's Facebook event:
Some Solitary Beacons will feature four works by local artist Erik Osberg that will challenge and engage the public on several levels.

Woven through this collection is his query with worship, technology and the cliché.
On October 3 Osberg spent 10hrs installing one of his new works titled 'Lipstick Kisses' which saw him cover the walls of the gallery with individual Chanel Rouge Coco #25, Vendome lipstick clad kisses.
The other works include a stereographic, nearly abstract video loop, an interventionist sculpture as well as an 8x12 foot grid of 4x6 inch photographs.
