Channie's Room Rewatch ☾ Ep. 01
why was mick rawson in literally one episode. THE POTENTIAL this man had was insane. sniper? was in the british intelligence? the chemistry with prentiss? I could go on and on. the cr producers were scared that he would outshine the original team and that’s all I’ll say on that.
XHORHAUS!
IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR STREET!
XHORHAUS!!
It’s Campaign 2, Episode 47. A random pirate ship starts following the Balleater after Fjord unseals the second seal. They attempt to run, but the ship outpaces them...
Then Caduceus one-shot capsizes it with a Control Water and Matt throws out initiative order.
Rewatching c1 for some comfort, Kerrek just said:
"I do not work in wood. I am not brave enough for that. There is a comfort in iron, a promise of safety, a second chance if mistakes are made."
And now I can't stop thinking about Chetney and his insistence on working only with wood, on how from the glimpses of his backstory we learned that he didn't pay attention to his family and maybe is regretting it now. How maybe he thinks himself unforgivable, that there's no redemption or righting wrongs, whatever he had done.
first episode and keyleth+percy siblings is already evident.
"we're making comment cards!"
i know its regularly said that the nein accidentally stole a ship. i even rather regularly joke about that being one of my favorite things they did
but now, rewatching it, holy shit they really, truly, did ACCIDENTALLY steal a fucking ship. it really is an accident on so many fronts
