Marinated grilled gulf shrimp with a crab stuffed scallop shell, twice baked potato with bacon and some steamed broccoli. This is how we eat during summer hours! Good stuff. The 30 min marinade on the shrimp was soy sauce, ginger, garlic, scallions, butter, lime juice and sugar. I added remoulade sauce on the stuffed scallop. I baked the stuffed scallops on the KJ at 450 for 35 minutes.
