Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Graham Cracker Toffee | Mel's Kitchen Cafe

Toffee has never been easier or more delicious! You don't need a candy thermometer or lots of time for this easy graham cracker toffee. It is so yummy!

I made a very, very modified version of these.

I used plain graham crackers, not plain and chocolate.

And rather than making toffee, I melted caramel chips in the microwave and put them on top of the graham crackers.

Then I put chocolate chips on top. They weren’t melting as fast as I wanted, so I turned on the broiler. That was a mistake.

Well, it was an okay idea until I left the pan in too long and burned some of it. I pulled it out and then sprinkled unsweetened coconut flakes on top in lieu of nuts (because that’s what I had).

As I type, the pan is in the fridge cooling. I’ll leave it for a bit, then break the toffee up like the recipe says, tossing out the stuff that’s burned.
