i always reprimand eames in my mind silently whenever he fails to believe or rather is so hesitant to believe arthur has feelings for him because he can't tell if arthur treats him with so much goodness and kindness because he's simply that good of a person or if there's ✨something more to it ✨
but honestly? I’d be the same!!! Eames is 200% right to question that! Despite being a criminal, Arthur is such a good person he would still have protected, cared, defended and done everything he did even if he wasn't in love with eames.. no wonder eames was so so afraid to jump to conclusions. no wonder eames wanted to see whether arthur cares for him more than the usual. no wonder eames decided to see whether arthur would be the same even if he’s in a not so good mood.
