Spot Litho Jonny Hannah On press yesterday, The Captain's Alphabet. Printed in pure pantones, using five separate litho plates for each sheet, the closest we can get to screen printing, to allow colours to overlap and blend. It'll be ready for @elcafest (fingers crossed) and the Special Edition of 100 copies following once slipcases are made. Alice Pattullo Spot Lithography There aren't too many illustrators who enjoy using colour separations, or understand how overlapping inks work in different transparencies. Alice Pattullo is an exception and her work using spot lithography in partnership with a craft printer such as Calverts in East London is a joy to publish.
