CRAK Brewery Perfect Cashmere Imperial IPA (Picked up at Sterk in Amsterdam). A 4 of 4. The best Italian IPA I've had -- the cashmere lends quite a lot of interesting herbal and lemon/lime notes and there’s a decent amount of other tropical fruit present, as well. The body is thick and sticky, and has a nice resinous bitterness to it, too. Quite great.
