Im Changkyun was the best boyfriend you had ever had.
It may have only been a few months, and you may have been in a quarantine for the last few weeks, but Changkyun had said ‘if I’m going to treat you well I’m going to do it any way I can.”
And that was how, one week into the quarantine, your first flower had shown up on your doorstep.
And then another the next day. And another the next.
Always white ones, but you figured that was because it was his favorite color, that was slowly becoming yours too as your table became filled with different types of white flowers.
He dropped them off when he’d go out for a walk each evening and, him being the butt that he was, he never told you when that was so you could never spy on him from your window.
And after he’d started leaving presents with each flower, like a bracelet or a bag of candy or a book, you started to lose it over the fact he still wouldn’t tell you what time he’d stroll by each afternoon, evening, or night.
“I’m keeping the relationship exciting,” he said on the phone one night.
“It would be super exciting for me to actually see you looking all fly in your mask and joggers.”
“But then where is the mystery behind the flowers?”
“I know they’re coming from you, Changkyun.”
“Or do you?” he said in a spooky voice.
“Changkyun! We’ve been talking about the flowers you give me for weeks now!”
“Or have we??”
“Oh gosh I am done with you.”
“Or are you???”
You really missed him.
You were quarantined alone, so even if you were sad you couldn’t actually see him, you were grateful he was putting in all of this effort to make you smile.
And that thought right there? Made you hatch a plan to return the favor.
After weeks inside, you had been able to get a grocery pick-up time and made sure to get all the ingredients for Changkyun’s favorite foods. You spent all of the next morning and some of the afternoon getting things together - all your flowers in a vase, a blanket, and the food in two separate bags with an extra box.
You packed it all up into your car and drove over to Changkyun’s house that he shared with a few other friends. In true Changkyun fashion, you hadn’t texted to let him know you were coming by but just did it.
You spread a blanket out on what ilttle bit of a front lawn you had, set out your food basket and the flowers and a mini stereo you had grabbed too, and put on gloves and a mask to go grab his food and a sign from the car. You posted the sign on his railing facing his door, set the food in front of his door, then ding-dong ditched.
Kind of.
I mean you just ran to go sit on your blanket.
His roommate Jooheon was the first to peak through the front window. You just gave a little wave. A smile showed up on his face and then you heard him yell.
“Changkyun! Delivery!”
Another roommate of his, Shownu, showed up in one of the upstairs windows and opened it, so you just waved again.
“Dude what kind of delivery service did you use?”
“I didn’t order anything!” You heard Changkyun yell from inside before he made it to the window.
“Never mind I take that back! This is my delivery and only mine!” he said, smiling at you before running back inside to get to the front door.
He came busting out the front in true Changkyun fashion, only to stutter to a stop in front of the bag and the sign.
“Wild Changkyuns not permitted past this point. Now open the bag and go sit on your porch chair.”
You were snapping photos as he opened the bag with the biggest grin on his face that only got even bigger when he could smell what was inside.
“I do declare we are overdue for a date!” you yelled across the yard as you started to unpack the same food from your own bag.
“This is so freaking cute,” Jooheon said, leaning against the front door.
“Hey don’t spy on our date,” Changkyun said, immediately guarding his food from him.
“It’s not our fault you’re dating on our front porch...and lawn I guess,” another roommate, Hyungwon, said as he popped out of another upstairs window. “Plus this is way more entertaining than anything we’ve had going on.”
“Feel free to watch us eat, but I didn’t pack enough for everyone,” you said.
“NooooooOOOOOOO!” you heard someone else yell from inside. Wonho maybe?
“Oh fine, I was going to save this for later but...” you started, getting up to get a box from behind you and place it on the porch steps before backing away and pointing for Jooheon to get it.
“I may or may not have actually packed enough. I just wanted to see you guys squirm a little.” you said with a smirk as Jooheon peaked inside.
“That’s my girl,” Changkyun said around a mouthful of food. “Now leave us to our date you animals!”
Heads started popping back inside as windows and doors closed, leaving just you and Changkyun eating outside.
“Cheers babe!” you yelled across the yard, holding up your soda pop.
“You’re amazing, you know that? Cheers!”
“See? Isn’t this much better? Seeing each other even if from a distance? Now will you tell me next time you’re stopping by with a flower?”
Changkyun gasped, dropping his food to his plate and clutching at his heart in the most extra way.
“I knew you were just trying to steal secrets from my lips with food!”
“Oh my gosh you’re ridiculous!” you said, laughing but trying really hard not to.
“Just keeping the relationship exciting, babe.” he replied back with a smile before picking his food up, blowing you a kiss, and then getting back to eating.

You were a really lucky and grateful person.
Right now you were in a quarantine, but you were able to keep working from home so you still had income. And your partner Seunghyun was the same, so apart from the fact you didn’t leave for work or go outside much, everything was the same.
You had transformed the guest bedroom of your apartment into your office and Seunghyun had moved his stuff to the dining room table.
The living room was pretty much the only place you guys could go just to relax (except for when you would commandeer the bathroom and some candles for a bubble bath, but Seunghyun liked to pleasantly intrude on those moments too...)
And it was just one of those evenings. You know the kind. After a long day of work when you are just covering for everyone and the second you are able to take off your headset and close down your laptop is also the second you feel like you can finally breathe for the day.
You had trudged to the living room and just sat down to a cooking show. Well, you slumped more than sat. Which is probably what cued to Seunghyun you had a bad day.
So he took it upon himself to rustle up some dinner and bring it to the coffee table in front of the couch.
That’s one of the things you really loved about him. You’d been living together for months now and he was a loud personality, but he knew when you needed some quiet time to decompress.
The two of you ate in silence, making a comment here and there at the tv, and, when you were done, he cleaned up. When he came back from the kitchen though, he had you lay down with your head in his lap.
He pulled a fuzzy blanket off of the back of the couch and pulled it over you before he started playing with your hair.
You rolled to look up at him, but Seunghyun was just watching the tv, so you started playing with his other hand under the blanket, running it through the fuzzy pieces and locking and unlocking your fingers.
And he just keeps watching tv.
So you reach out of the blanket and flip his bangs out of his face to try and break his focus.
But nope.
Next thing you do is pluck his glasses off his face and wear them yourself.
Try watching tv now.
You can see him trying to fight a smile but still refusing to look at you, so you roll towards him and wrap your arms around his stomach, nuzzling your chin into his abs and looking up at him.
Finally he looks down.
He takes a minute to fix your hair, brushing it out of your face and carefully combing it all back after he had made a mess of it when playing with it.
“How lucky am I,” he started softly, “that I get to spend my quiet hours like this?”
Your heart started absolutely glowing and you were sure your smile matched. Seunghyun leaned down to kiss you, but his glasses were a little oversized on your face and blocked.
“These have got to go,” he whispered above your face before removing them and tossing them to the end of the couch in what can only be described as pure dramatic Seunghyun fashion.
Then, his face dipped lower.
And even lower.
And he blew a raspberry on your neck, making you squirm and laugh.
Another thing you loved about him? The quiet, sweet moments never stayed quiet for too long.

Why? Why would you do this to me?? Well then I’m going throw it back to Insane because I even sing that one to its instrumental track its so classically good

Okay I had to really think about this but I think I would love to see them do something with a female artist like Jane Jang or Hwasa because I just think the unique singing styles and tones could create something really cool!

I may have picked I’ll be your man for story, but if you could give me another MV like Only One for Me my heart would just be so full please and thank you.

Minhyuk may be my bias but I would really love to spend either a chaotic fun day with Changsub OR a chill music day with Hyunsik. (No days with Sungjae because I would prefer not busting a watermelon open with my head...)

Changsub! Again, he is very chaotic but we share similar interests and he is very supportive and I just think we’d be the best of friends!

Ilhoon but that’s because he’s sassy and we’d play fight a lot I’d bet.

....I don’t trust any of them to keep it secret from the others so if one saw they all would know.
