Cranberry crumble bars are a tasty mix of sweet crumbly oats and sour cranberry sauce. These are great for holiday parties or as a sweet treat any time of the year.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup cranberry sauce.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking pan. Spread cranberry sauce over the crust. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture evenly over the cranberry sauce. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
