Hey, just so you know, Gamespot (or someone who licensed the video to GS) uploaded a video of you, your friend, and the other Overwatch cosplayers at SDCC on their site.
We did a bunch of videos for different sites! It was probably one of them

I hate you so much because the idea to group orcs, goblins, etc. under one "ogre" category is something I thought of too, nOW I LOOK LIKE AN IDEA THIEF!!! D:<
I'm honestly surprised I haven't seen it done before.
but still, I got to say I did it first (to my knowledge) so nyeh-nyeh
The root of the problem is terms like "sjw" and "anti-sjw" are so bonkers defined on this godawful website that it's creating an Us Vs. Them culture that relies on emotion rather than logic. No one should be shamed or silenced for supprting sj, but there should be open discussion too. Except it's just as easy to slap "sjw" or "anti-sjw" on things one doesn't like and let the underage hivemind do the rest, so we all should move away from such vague language.
People love their labels. :(
"Yup"
"Yes, the issues are more complex than I had time/energy to go into explaining down to the most pedantic detail.
I'm speaking generally because I'm not writing up a study and I still honestly believe that people being interested in social justice is not a bad thing, and people pushing against it 'because of sjws' without doing at least a little research on what they're aggressively interested in is foolish and directly harmful to the cause.
It's more harmful to attack them purely on tone and then use that as an excuse to back away and not educate yourself and I know that it's hard.
ie: Being anti-sjw as in telling sjws to shut up. Being anti-sjw isn't having a reasoned argument and idk why I have to point that out b/c it seems self-evident.
Wanting a more mild discussion is not bad. The results of their efforts will take a few generations before they're actually accepted."
.. but uh. Yup!
"Anti-SJW" posts is a broad term, though. There are tons of underage kids making serious activism worse because they don't understand the issues or may even be bigoted despite supporting an oppressed group, and there's equally as many people pointing out the hypocrisy of this. I agree these people tend to miss the forest for the trees but since many progressive movements are in a fragile state atm, telling these kids to calm the hell down isn't necessarily supporting the status quo.
Yup.

crankthulhu replied to your post: Mako reminded me of an Evangelion character, flat out. Like some weird conglomeration of Rei (shyness and honesty), Asuka (determination), and Shinji (emotional trauma). And that was one problem I had, that the monsters looked too much like stereotypical monsterfolk from other films, largely because the concept artists wanted to draw from real world skin textures and physiology. I will say each kaiju had it’s own lil trait (horns, wings, twerk booty) that did distinguish it enough from the rest.
Twerkidhora was a strong independent kaiju who dont need no giant tentacle dino man or seventy close range plasma bolts to the gut.
SPITS OUT DRINK EVERYWHERE
