A tasty burger with a twist: grilled Pretzel Dogs are the star of the show. Sauerkraut, pickles, onions, and a tangy mustard-mayo sauce give these hot dogs a lot of flavor. They are served on toasted hamburger buns. There's something satisfying and unique about this burger that will make your taste buds want more!
Ingredients: 4 Pretzel Dogs store-bought or homemade. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup yellow mustard. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 cup sauerkraut. 1/2 cup sliced pickles. 1/4 cup diced onions. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the Pretzel Dogs for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are heated through and have grill marks. While the Pretzel Dogs are grilling, split the hamburger buns and toast them on the grill until they are lightly browned. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each Pretzel Dog during the last minute of grilling to melt the cheese. In a small bowl, mix together the yellow mustard and mayonnaise to create a sauce. To assemble the burgers, spread the mustard-mayo sauce on the inside of each toasted bun. Place a grilled Pretzel Dog with melted cheese on the bottom half of each bun. Top with sauerkraut, pickles, diced onions, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the top half of the bun on each burger to complete the sandwich. Serve your Pretzel Dogs Burgers immediately, and enjoy!
