Talking with my buddy Jacob is really helping a lot and I feel a lot better about being able to handle this situation, plus telling it to someone who can relate is a lot less embarrassing :] soon I'll be able to call my doctor and set up an appointment, and when the first big wave of it happened I wrote down all of it to bring to him. Using some coping strategies Jacob taught me I've been able to tune out most of the things that have popped up today :] And I have a job interview on Wednesday!
