The "Pantsdown". Landsdowne Hotel (1926). A riotous art deco live music pub back in the day. Some wild & crazy shit went down in there in the early 80's-late 90's. Became a backpacker's hostel and then narrowly avoided demolition after the top storey was severely damaged by fire in 2013. Rebuilt, with über luxe rooms behind the third floor "Juliet" balconies. Re-opened 2017 and still trades as a pub and music venue after all these years. Chippendale.
