when night comes, instead of getting tired or sleepy or relaxed, my heart starts beating fast like it wanted to jump out of my chest, I literally hear my pulse in my ears. my mind is tired but my body is acting as if I'd run a hundred miles or as if I'm terrified of some wardrobe ghost or as if I'd been on a caffeine binge.

no wonder I desperately need something to calm me down every night.
