If I were to write a different ending for TWQ Episode 10 on Richard/Anne:
Anne is not happy about Elizabeth of York and Cecily coming to court; she is also jealous of the attention Elizabeth was receiving. More and more, she started to develop paranoia on Richard may be preferring Elizabeth over her. On top of that, she was plagued by guilt of the possibility she may be the one who caused the Princes' disappearance.
The death of Edward of Middleham further distraught Anne. She believed she was being punished by EW's curse. She went to Richard and asked him to let her go. Richard refused and confessed his true love for her. The two reconciled and made love again. After love-making, Anne started coughing and found blood in her handkerchief. She knew her life was ending.
She tried to hide it from Richard, but failed. When he confronted her, Anne lost her reasons and asked him, "For what reason I deserve such a death?" This led to the rumors of Richard poisoning her.
Before her death, Richard cleared her conscience. He had no involvement in the Princes' disappearance and never stopped loving her. Anne was content to go, hoping that the curse was meant to punish her and spare Richard. She told Richard to move on and do whatever it takes to save himself. Then, the eclipse and Anne panicked, thought it was another curse of EW. Richard went to see; when he came back to comfort Anne, she was already gone.
After Anne's death, Elizabeth of York and Richard became close. Was Richard III planning to make Elizabeth of York his new Queen? Elizabeth of York was convinced so. Margaret Beaufort laughed at her, saying that she was being used by Richard to win points against her betrothed, Henry Tudor.
Elizabeth of York went to speak to Richard at his tent. Richard gave her an ambiguous answer: he does care for her; when the battle is over, she'd be queen.
What does that mean? He loves her and he'd marry her after he wins? Or he cares for her as an uncle and marrying her into the royal house of Portugal and she'd eventually be Queen of Portugal? Or is Richard committing suicide (to die in battle) and Elizabeth of York would end up marrying Henry Tudor and be his queen?
As in history, Richard dies in Battle of Bosworth. But he is united with Anne and his son Edward of Middleham. Elizabeth of York mourned for his death but marries Henry Tudor. Elizabeth Woodville, meanwhile, plots the revenge to place her son Richard back on the English throne.
